A Small Victory for Common Sense
At least one of the many cases of the Maltese state seizing private property without due compensation has a happy ending. Most of the other victims have not been so fortunate.

I'm not surprised. Given that Agnes and kids control half the capital in Malta, the surprise would have been if the court came to any other decision. I only hope that the next poor sod who tries the same lark gets the same satisfaction. All property owners should have their right to property respected equally - not just the uber-wealthy.
Let's hope it sets a precedent for the less fortunate ones at least.
